The 52 Week Project – A portrait of my son, once a week, every week, for one year.

31/52 — Completely mesmerized by something, though I can not remember what it was now.

32/52 — Relaxing for a moment after devouring a hot fudge sundae at the county fair. He had such fun and was all smiles the whole trip — this shot isn’t an accurate representation of the day. He loved the animals most of all. A very friendly sheep was the highlight of his day.

Things have been quiet around here and, well, everywhere in my online life. There are literally hundreds of emails in my inbox, unheard of for a woman who gets anxious if she has more than ten unread emails at any given time. But, that’s just the way it is. Everything is in shambles at the moment, both online and otherwise.

I have been — and continue to be — very ill. It will certainly be awhile before I am better and I’m not ready to talk about any of it yet. In the meanwhile I will be checking in here to get caught up as I am able. I have lots to share and some fun projects on the horizon.

  1. THERE YOU ARE! I was seriously missing you and that face! I love the first one. He looks so big! He really looks bigger than from the last time you posted. I bet in that photo he’s holding a picture of his mama. Riiiight?? That’s what you should have said 😉 I hope I hope I hope you feel better soon. I don’t know about you, but I always miss my mom so much when I’m sick. She would take such good care of me. Now with a husband….forget about it! I hope you’re finding some moments of rest. -Misty
