Our 2013 Christmas Card & Outtakes

A few weeks ago, I sat Roman down for his Christmas pictures. I draped a plaid blanket over our ottoman for the “background.” Then I placed another blanket on the floor for him to sit on & spread out some Christmas tree lights & baubles. It was such a funny experience. I had to get up every 30 seconds to take something away from his mouth. He wanted to eat everything. (What else is new!?) What you see above is our virtual Christmas card designed by me. I used the same photograph for our paper cards although the design was a little different. (More on that later.)

I just love how it turned out. I think the outtakes are adorable, too, so I’m sharing share them as well. I’m going to cherish these forever.

My sweet, little Christmas boy! I love him to pieces. I’m so excited that Christmas is almost here. I’ve been listening to Christmas music since Thanksgiving & I’m not even remotely sick of it! I just posted to Twitter that I’m the merriest S.O.B you’ll ever meet. 😉 I finished my Christmas shopping this morning. I’ve got one DIY gift to finish & three presents left to wrap. We’re nearing the homestretch around here, friends. Jingle all the way! xo
