Day 23: If You Won the Lottery…
I am having one of those weeks. Nothing really bad has happened but I’m just dragging. Roman has been waking up once during the night and then getting up between 4:00 and 4:30 a.m. each morning — for the day. On top of that, I’m just behind on everything. No matter how I try, I can’t get ahead of anything. Blog posts, emails, housework, parcels to mail out, and so on. That’s one of the things about working for myself and being a stay-at-home-mom, I end up working 24/7. When I was working outside of the house full-time, I felt justified coming home, getting comfy clothes on, and vegging out for awhile. Now, not so much. I keep telling myself that there’s one more little thing that needs doing. And I should get it all done. I mean I am home all the time… Riiiiiight. 😉
It’s all good. I know that everything will be sorted out. I need to work on letting things go more and feeling less guilt about everything. It would also help if I were a bit more organized too. I’ve been meaning to put a “schedule” together for awhile now. Once I do it, I’m positive that it will help tremendously.
Oh, right, I am here for a challenge post. I almost forgot. If I won the lottery…
+ I would travel, travel, travel. First up, I would take an epic road trip and drive around the entire United States and parts of Canada. Then, I would travel internationally to too many places to list.
+ I would buy all of the super-expensive camera equipment that I can only dream about now.
+ I’d buy some things for our home that I’ve long-lusted after but refuse to pay for; little things like art, canvas prints of my favourite photographs, beautiful handmade pillows & blankets, etc.
+ I would buy Matthew the dirt bike of his dreams. The one he has now is pretty awesome but I know he’d love an upgrade if money were no object.
+ I would take my parents + my sister’s family to Disney World.
+ The rest would be put into savings and a good chunk would be secured for Roman’s education.
I think that’s about it. It’s a rather short list, but I really do have almost everything that I want already. I’m not much a fan of material possessions anyway. I feel really boring now!

Sorry to hear about Roman! Every thing will be O.K. You just hang in there.Sometimes my baby is the angel of the universe & sometimes she just makes everything hard for me not anybody else but just for me. I guess this is their way of saying they really love their mother!Read about mine at http://www.maandjian.blogspot.com

If I won the lottery, I would obviously quit my job. I would spoil my friends and family. I might even consider buying my favorite hockey team, the NY Islanders. I think about winning the lottery so often, I listed it earlier as one of my goals. Their saying is “it pays to dream” or something like that, but it’s also fun to dream!
