20/52
The 52 Week Project – A portrait of my son, once a week, every week, for one year.
20/52 — We spent the day outside doing yard work yesterday. I’ll write all about it soon. For now, here is my sweet one-year-old(!) posing on a log. This past week he’s finally started walking as much as he is crawling. I am slowly introducing shoes to the mix. He’s less steady on his feet with shoes on — but since we’re going to be outside a lot he’ll have to adjust.

He is a little boy now, my goodness! But don’t worry, he can stay your baby for as long as you wish. Even though Asher is almost 3, I still consider him a baby. 🙂 🙂

It’s amazing isn’t it. He really is a little boy. I was just discussing that with my husband. It’s so bittersweet — mostly sweet! 😉

I was just going to say (before reading the post) that he looks so big with those big boy shoes on. He’ll catch on to them in no time. Cute capture 🙂

This is too cute! You must be so excited that he is walking now, I enjoy this age so much more now that Berlin is walking. We can go on hikes and cruise around the neighborhood, its so much fun!

Love the pose! 🙂 Walking is right on the horizon for us, I think. I have shoes for when we go to baseball games and he insists on standing on the ground in front of my seat, so hopefully they fit for a bit longer once he starts walking. He has only worn them twice in his life! haha
