I always love when bloggers do “a day in our life” type posts. I like them even more when they show an average day. The big, fun zoo trips, beach days, and other fun days are nice — but I love to see the in between times, the quiet times, the magical uneventful days that truly make up our lives. So I figured I’d start sharing these little peeks into our simple life more often. I hope you enjoy it — our life uncensored — dirtiest dishes, laundry, bedhead & all.

I love these kinds of posts, too. So fun. And I agree- the best ones are ordinary days because they kind of get lost in the shuffle of memories if you don’t document them somehow. I like your plant shots. 🙂 Also love your kitchen cabinets with the wall color and countertops (yep, we’re remodeling ours).

    Looks like a fun day!

These were always my favorite type of posts to read back in the day on livejournal! I’ve been wanting to do a day in the life post but I always feel like my life is too boring, ha.

No such thing as too boring. Look at my life.. LOL. All we’re doing here is eating, TV, and sleeping. 😉

But atleast you take pretty photographs! Things always become a little more exciting when pretty pictures are telling the story!

This is a totally weird comment, but those eggs are so clean, wow!!!! The eggs sold in Ukrainian supermarkets are fresh but they’re rather….covered in gunk 😛 Now I’m looking forward to some American eggs again!

Haha, indeed the eggs in grocery stores are very clean here. I prefer the messy ones from the local farm though. 😉

Love this. A lovely way to spend your days.
I’ve been thinking about doing one of these but since I work, weekdays are sort of “Get up, change baby, leave him with Nana, go to work, come home, spend time with baby, eat, bed” haha And weekends are pretty random. We either do something out of the ordinary, or do chores/repairs/stuff around the house. hmmm
