โˆ ๐•€๐•Ÿ ๐•ฅ๐•™๐•– P๐•ฃ๐•–๐•ค๐•–๐•Ÿ๐•ฅ ๐•„๐• ๐•ž๐•–๐•Ÿ๐•ฅ: Be fully present in this moment. Do not worry about what happened yesterday or what will happen tomorrow. Do not worry about what happened an hour ago or what will happen in an hour from now. Just focus on what is happening right here, right now.

Choose your actions wisely. Choose your words wisely. Don’t just exist mindlessly, rushing from task to task. Be intentional.โ

Accept that your thoughts (and many things in life) just are what they are. Let them come and let them go. Stop holding onto things so tightly. Stop worrying. Stop obsessing. Release and experience the peace in letting go.โ
