The 52 Week Project – A portrait of my son, once a week, every week, for one year.
12/52 — Looking over his shoulder, smiling at his Grammy (my mother). We love to take the quick ride down to my parents house at least a couple of times each week. It is from there that we set off on our walks. The neighborhood that I grew up in is so lovely. It is quiet and woodsy and it makes my heart swell with warm childhood memories. Recently life has been reminding me just how lucky I am to have grown up in such a place and with such a good family. I am deeply grateful to have my family so close, and by the look on his face, I think that Roman is too.
(Each week, I link up with Jodi’s 52 Week Project and I am so honoured that of all of the gorgeous submissions that she received last week, she chose to give Roman’s a shout out in this week’s post. Thank you, Jodi.)

I love it, Leigh. I admired everyone else’s last year and couldn’t wait to start my own project. In hindsight I should have started sooner. So what if you don’t start at the very beginning of the year! It’s only March. 🙂

I saw Roman in her favorites too! Such a cutie, well deserved. 🙂
