My Story

I want to show you the path to happiness by sharing my story.

I want you to know that you can be happy and you can find peace.

I suffered from severe depression and anxiety for the first half of my life.

Ten years ago I began Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) was the first step toward saving my life.

Simply put, CBT is changing negative irrational thoughts into positive rational thoughts.

Three years ago I had a moment of revelation and accepted the fact that I, too, deserved happiness.

I began my journey.

Without much effort, I lost seventy pounds.

I learned how to be happy.

I was still searching for my life’s purpose.

In March of 2009, I stopped resisting the will of the Universe.

My purpose was revealed to me.

I am meant to help others live happiness by sharing my story and the lessons that I have learned along the way.
