Our Wedding
We were married on June 2nd, 2012 at the White Meadow Lake Country Club in Rockaway, New Jersey. It was the happiest day of my life. It was a dream come true, a fairy tale, a happy ending/beginning. I cannot imagine it being any better than it was. Everything — and everyone — came together in pure love + joy. Sharing this post (almost a year after the day!) is so bittersweet. It feels wonderful to share these most special moments, but it hurts my heart because it is also closing one chapter to move on to another.
A couple of quick notes — I spent over a year planning the wedding. It was almost entirely DIY. With the help of our day of coordinator, Kim, I had my hands on every single project. Our venue provided just that, the venue. Everything else was planned by me and brought in from the outside world. It was a most intense labor of love, as you can imagine; but it was worth every drop of blood, sweat, + tears. I would do it all over again in an instant.
Thank you to our photographers, Tin Sparrow Studio, for the magical images. They captured our day perfectly.
Now allow me to let the pictures tell the story. (P.S. You can see our wedding video here.) xo

How many guests did you have? I am looking into venues and this one popped right out to me! (This blog post will definitely help!).

We had about 60 guests but the venue could accommodate up to 120 easily. We loved it. Best of luck.
