Dear Friends,

I’ve been blogging for three years now. Creating this site—evolutionyou.net—has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Although I have made no money through this venture, I’ve been been paid thousands of times over through the kind words & gratitude of my readers and through the priceless relationships that I have forged.

Today, I am so excited to announce the launch of my first e-book—

Beat Anxiety, Overcome Depression

The Journey from Darkness to Light

the best of evolutionyou.net 2009—2011

Thanks for taking the time to look at depression. Your prescription
for overcoming depression has some valuable ideas, but I think your
understanding of this disease is lacking.

First of all, there are different types of depression. You can have
situational depression, as you describe, because of your life
circumstances. There is also chronic depression, and something called
    “double depression”.
