You change and then you change again.
“Now that mine is almost over, I can say that the thing that struck me the most about life is the capacity for change… At first it’s hard to bear, but after awhile you learn not to look at it as a loss. There’s even a moment when it becomes exhilarating to realize just how little needs to stay the same for you to continue the effort they call, for lack of a better word, being human.”
(from The History of Love by Nicole Krauss)
Matthew installed our new wood burning stove today, so Roman & I got out of the way. We went up to the lake so that I could scout some locations for a photo shoot. While we were there I took all of these photographs. Looking through them reminds me of the quote at the top of this post. The thing that struck me the most about life is the capacity for change. Yes, yes, yes.
Words have been failing me lately. Luckily my photographs can do the talking. Happy Tuesday. xo

Lovely! I love that quote. And as I was scrolling through your photos, I was thinking how wonderful it is that photographs can really be like their own poem or story and then realized that you were thinking the same thing 😉
Thank you, love.
I just loved the 4th picture from the bottom. Roman seems to be smiling & being shy! He is so so cute…ummmah!
Your photographs certainly can do the talking – so beautiful. #LetsHaveAnAdventure
