Hi Dena,
Congratulations on your transformation. I am a former 'heavy person' myself and I too suffered in a dark and lonely place. I know now there were many angels along the way that helped me get on track. And today I am so grateful – not only for where I am now (happy!), but for living through that very difficult time. Without that period I never would have developed my depth for compassion nor would I be able to feel such gratitude for the 'little things.'
Thank you contributing your happy blog and your journey. Kim
@Kim – Thank you so much for your kind words & for sharing your story with me. It is always wonderful to meet kindred spirits.
Keep it up. I am so proud of you for coming this far on your journey. xo
