
Simple Food: 3-Minute Salad
This is the most simple recipe that I’ve ever shared. I hope that you’ll love it. Recently when I asked you guys what kind of content you want — a lot of you answered simplicity + recipes. So when I was throwing this together this morning, I thought–Hey, recipe + simple, let me snap some pictures!
I eat this salad at least once a day. It’s so simple, easy, and delicious. In this version I have organic baby romaine, organic grape tomatoes, crumbled feta, and French dressing. Sometimes I add raw almonds, sunflower seeds, or even sardines, depending on what I’m craving.
It’s as simple as can be and you can change it to your preferences. My big recommendation — especially if you are crazy busy as I seem to be lately! — is to buy pre-washed organic greens. It is a bit more expensive than unwashed, but the convenience of grabbing a handful of greens and tossing them into the bowl — no washing, no tearing — is worth its weight in gold.
