    6. My mother had a long, difficult labor with me and I had to be removed with forceps.
    7. I have a crooked smile. (The left-side of my mouth doesn’t go down). May be a result of being taken out with forceps.
    8. My entire family (mom, dad, sis) are all Leo’s but I am a Taurus.

    19. I am extremely particular (read: hard to live with) I can’t fall asleep with any noise whatsoever & I wake up at the drop of a pin!
    20. I am extremely emotional. I cry during every sad movie and even during sad commercials. I wept over the Budweiser Clydesdale commercial…

I was surprised when I saw you were doing the 30 day blogging challenge. I did that earlier this year and it was fun for the most part. I was going to link to my post BUT it appears the server that hosts lightourworld.com is down this morning for some reason. Contacting the provider and will post link later. Good stuff… Thanks for sharing.

Loved this – thank-you! Awesome that you have been to Kenya (how long were you there for? What did you do?) Write a post about it?) and did solo travel. I also did China by myself (I got to see the last of the hutongs in Beijing before they were all destroyed for the Olympics!), and when I ventured to Japan I was alone, too. I found there weren’t many other solo females when I was traveling, too. I hung out with other dudes for the most part.

I was only in Kenya for three weeks but it was an amazing three weeks! We spent 5 days in Nairobi at Kenyatta University. Then the rest of the time we were out on safari and then the last 5 days were spent on the coast of the Indian Ocean (literally on the beach) in Mombasa. It was, oh boy, no words. Yes, I did a short series of posts about the trip. It starts here and takes you through it: https://livelovesimple.com/hakuna-matata-kenya-part-1/

Solo travel is pretty intense and I am so glad that I did it, too. I also found few ladies on those trips & hung out with dudes, too. Met some of my best friends that way, too.
